OpenAI models are natively integrated within LatticeFlow. To enable this functionality, please follow the installation instructions to provide the OPENAI_API_KEY and OPENAI_ORG secrets as part of the deployment.

Afterwards, you can access the available OpenAI models when creating a new model from the registry.
